In 1986 she finished her postgraduate study of invention process in FCHPT STU. She graduated in the Course of Industrial Property at „John Marshall Law School in Chicago, branch office in Brno. The core of her work is patent rights, particularly the processing of patent applications and utility model applications, representations in procedures for granting of national and European patents, supplementary protection certificates, utility models and designs. She also deals with the protection of listed rights in cancellation proceedings. She has a lot of experience in the cancellation of listed industrial rights, cancellation of national or European patents, cancellation of utility models, invalidation proceedings in European Patent Office. She also works on patent search for the state of technology.
In 2001 she graduated at the Institute of Intellectual Properties in the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic. In 2001 she passed a qualifying examination for a Slovak patent attorney and was registered into the Slovak Chamber of Patent Attorneys. She graduated from the Law Faculty of the Comenius University in Bratislava. In 2006 she passed a Slovak Bar Examinations and was recorded as the attorney-at-law in the Slovak Bar Association. Her activities involve all aspects of rights in patents, trade marks, trade names and copyright. She is experienced in the areas of proceedings on trade mark registration and patent granting, opposition and cancellation proceedings as well as in the field of judicial enforcement of right to patents, trade marks and of rights against unfair competition.
She graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. She has worked in the area of industrial property and intellectual property rights since 2000. In 2001 she graduated from the Intellectual Property Institute at the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic. In 2005 she passed a qualifying examination for a Slovak patent attorney and was registered in the Slovak Chamber of Patent Attorneys. She passed the European Qualifying Examination and was admitted a European Patent Attorney in 2019. The core of her work is patent rights, especially processing patent applications, representation of patent granting procedures, protection of patent rights in cancellation proceedings. She also deals with patent cancellations and works on patent search for the state of technology. She also works as a representative in the design field and utility models. She particularly focuses on obtaining patent protection abroad.
She graduated from the Economics College in Bratislava. She has worked in the industrial property rights area since 1993. In 2001 she graduated from the Intellectual Property Institute at the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic. In 2001 she passed a patent attorney examination. She is in charge of trade mark agenda, performing searches, communication with the Slovak Industrial Property Office and communication with clients.
She graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the Slovak Technical College in Bratislava (today Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology of the Slovak Technical University). She worked in the Wood Research Institute in Bratislava. She has worked in the area of industrial property rights since 1994. She is in charge of patent translation administration.
She graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the Slovak Technical College in Bratislava (today Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology of the Slovak Technical University (FCFT STU)). In 1984 she completed her post-graduate studies focused on environmental protection at the FCFT STU. In 1992 she earned a doctorate in the subject of chemical techniques theory at the FCFT STU. She worked at the Pulp and Paper Research Institute in Bratislava, at the Research Institute for Crude Oil and Hydrocarbon Gases (Slovnaft) in Bratislava and between years 1991-2005 as a research worker at the FCFT STU in Bratislava. She has worked in the area of industrial property rights since 2009.
She graduated from the Faculty of Science of the Comenius University in Bratislava in 1992 and started working at the firm in 1995. At present she is in charge of patent agenda and of European patent validation administration.
Received her bachelors degree from the Faculty of Humanities and Natural Sciences of the University of Presov. She obtained a masters degree at the Faculty of Science, Comenius University in Bratislava, in the field of microbiology. She obtained the degree of RNDr at the Faculty of Science, University of Pavel Jozef Safarik in Kosice. She completed her doctoral studies at Comenius University in Bratislava, an external department of the Institute of Molecular Biology of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, focusing on microbiology and virology. She is in charge of the patent agenda.
